When you place an order with us, it is considered an offer to purchase. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received, but this does not signify acceptance. A contract will only be formed when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation Email, signifying that your items have left our premises.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any time before dispatch. This could be for various reasons, including but not limited to unavailability of stock, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or pricing or product description errors.

3. Product Information

While we make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, small differences in colour or finish may occur due to screen display settings and manufacturing tolerances. All measurements are approximate.

Please note that the way a product appears online may not be an exact representation of the actual item received. Such minor variations do not constitute grounds for a return, unless the item is defective or not as described.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept most major credit and debit cards and secure online payments.

In the rare event that a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order accordingly. We are not obliged to honour incorrect prices where the mistake is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error.

5. Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will communicate clearly if delays are expected. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processes, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Ownership of goods passes to you once payment has been received in full. Risk passes to you at the point of delivery.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping and you later return items reducing the total below the free delivery threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the original delivery charge from any refund issued.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Please note the following important exceptions due to hygiene regulations:

• Pillows, pillowcases, and duvet covers
• Mattress protectors and toppers
• Sheets, towels, and throws
• Any items intended for personal use or intimate contact

These items cannot be returned if opened or handled.

Additionally, items that are made to order, personalised, or bespoke are non-refundable unless faulty, as stipulated under UK consumer law.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend a tracked and insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of our site or purchase of goods.

Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the total amount you paid for the product in question.

We are not responsible for any inconvenience or indirect damage caused by delays, miscommunications, or differences in colour or finish where such differences are within acceptable and reasonable bounds.

8. Order Misuse and Resale

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of being intended for resale or commercial redistribution, especially bulk orders exceeding 50 units of the same item. Our site is intended for consumer purchases only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
