At Online Home Essentials, we know how important it is to receive your items quickly and in perfect condition. That’s why we offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs and budget. Below you’ll find full details of our delivery services and what to expect when you order from us.

Standard UK Mainland Delivery

We are pleased to offer free standard delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £50.00.
For orders under £50.00, the standard delivery fee is £4.95.
Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days from the date of your order.
Please note: This service excludes furniture and large items, and delivery times may be affected by Bank Holidays.

Express UK Delivery

If you need your items sooner, we also offer an Express Delivery service for £6.95.
This service typically takes 1 to 2 working days from the date your order is placed.
Please note: Express delivery does not apply to furniture or oversized items and is not included in the free delivery offer.

Furniture and Large Item Delivery

For heavier or bulkier items such as furniture, a delivery charge of £9.99 applies.
These deliveries usually take 3 to 5 working days, and will be clearly marked during checkout.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know it’s being processed.
When your order has been packed and collected by the courier, we’ll send you a dispatch email with tracking details.
Some couriers may also send you a text message on the day of delivery with an estimated time slot.

Couriers We Use

To ensure your parcel arrives safely, we work with trusted UK couriers such as Royal MailDPDYodel, and Parcelforce. The courier used will depend on the size and nature of your order and your location.

Additional Information

We kindly ask that you double-check your delivery information before completing your order, as we’re unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
If you live in areas outside of the UK Mainland—such as the Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland—there may be slight delays or additional charges. These will be made clear at checkout.
